WiFi instability with Mikrotik WiFi cards

I have a bunch of Mikrotik WiFi cards in my Omnia with heatsinks. After around a day of uptime, my phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting from them. My feeling is that they need a fan or something.

I also got this dmesg output. Don’t really know what it’s about:

[42871.215687] nf_conntrack: default automatic helper assignment has been turned off for security reasons and CT-based firewall rule not found. Use the iptables CT target to attach helpers instead.

Any ideas?

I’m also getting this in dmesg:

[181377.015376] ath10k_pci 0000:02:00.0: no channel configured; ignoring frame(s)!
