It seems since 6.4.0 upgrade wifi 5ghz stop working
2,4Ghz work well

Ok I cannot hold myself to tell you. So you are using DFS channel. And in case your radio discovers some radar it will shut down and wait some time.
There were countless topics like that on the forum.
Change your 5Ghz channel to 36 and all of your problems with 5GHz WiFi will disappear. Don’t thank me just mark as solved if I am right.
