Which (opkg) package will enable Luci’s “Mount Points” menu/interface? Or is this done in foris?

It can be done both via luci/ssh and Foris. For Foris see below. Via luci/ssh you need to install block-mount.

You will get it in Foris > updater http://192.168.1.1/foris/config/main/updater/ and choose NAS
