Where does one buy the LTE pack for Turris Omnia?

I’ve seen a couple of places mentioning the LTE pack for Turris omnia, but I can’t find a single place that sells them (I’m based in the UK). Is the LTE pack available to be purchased or was it part of the initial Indiegogo campain? I could potentially purchase the parts separately, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to purchase extra antennas.
