USB-powered switch? Maximum USB power draw

I’m considering buying a USB-powered switch such as https://www.blackbox.com/en-pr/store/Detail.aspx/USB-Powered-10-100-8-Port-Switch/LBS008A, so that I can have more ethernet ports without wasting another power socket.

I couldn’t find any word about the maximum power draw that is allowed for USB devices connected to the Turris Omnia? The USB 3.0 spec specifies 1.5A, IIUC. Does the Turris Omnia comply with the specification, i.e. is it safe to connect the switch mentioned above?

just fyi - there are cheaper alternative on ebay (gigabit advertised):

not sure about reliability though !!!
