Updater fails (3.9.5)

Trying to manually upgrade OS from 3.9.5 to current (3.11.7).

When I run the updater manually, I get this error:

ERROR:
unreachable: https://repo.turris.cz/omnia/lists/base.lua: SSL certificate problem: certificate is not yet valid

There is no message to send.

Is this the correct process?

Updater.sh has been replaced by pkgupdate. Try to run that?

I decided just to flash the router with TOS 4.0.
