I found trace and managed to fix the issue
I have static dns lease with lease time infinite for one of my client which also have ipv6 and its DUID was not included in static lease, therefor for some unknow reason after update it get value -1 for expires instead of 0.
Its probably not update releated but it just came up to me after update. Sorry for noise.
