From my last problems with new specific Android phone (Unihertz Titan Slim) on TOS6, these settings caused problems:
MFP (802.11w - Main Frame Protection) - no matter if set to OPTIONAL or ENABLED
WPA-3
After setting to WPA2-PSK and setting MFP to DISABLED, wifi connection was stable and no more disconnections.
