TOS7 and Tcpdump

Since updating to TOS7, I can no longer tcpdump my interfaces to debug traffic.

All I get is this.

Has anyone else run into this?

Package tcpdump (4.9.3-4) installed in root is up to date.
Package libpcap (1.10.1-3) installed in root is up to date.
