TOS 6.0 in HKL: WARN:Collision with existing path. Moving X to Y

Hello team,
I am receiving messages like these after each package update regardless of updated packages. Was I screwed up something? How can I resolve it?

WARN:Collision with existing path. Moving /usr/lib/libpci.so.3.7.0 to /usr/share/updater/collided/usr/lib
WARN:Collision with existing path. Moving /usr/sbin/lspci to /usr/share/updater/collided/usr/sbin
WARN:Collision with existing path. Moving /usr/sbin/setpci to /usr/share/updater/collided/usr/sbin
WARN:Collision with existing path. Moving /usr/sbin/update-pciids to /usr/share/updater/collided/usr/sbin

Fixed after clean flash to 6.0.1 HBS
