After I’ve updated my TO to latest OS version 3.11.4 I have this issue again and workaround which was mention here Solved: System log returns error 500 doesnt work.

remove package syslog-ng3 and new installation fix that … but also when I removed syslog-ng3 for some reason was removed also package foris-controller-storage-module and after that I wasnt able to run Foris … new instalation Storage plugin fixed that.
well, with removing syslog-ng3 was removed everything from foris (pakon, netmeter etc) … :-/ or new update to 3.11.4 did it?
