Could someone please tell me if the Quectel EC25-AF is supported natively or if drivers are required? I just purchased the card and cannot seem to get it working quite yet.

Can you see an LTE card recognized in lsusb? By using parameter --tree, you can see if it is using any driver or not. Did you select package list for 3G/LTE connection in Updater tab?
Quectel EC20 is supported and superior EC25 should be as well.
