Setting up without being hardwired

I recently got my router. I hard wired the internet provider router into the WAN port of turris. None of my mac have LAN cable access.

How do I configure that without hardwired lan cable?

I don’t think this should be an issue, the default IP it was assigned was 192.168.1.2

And I tried to get to 192.168.1.2 from other computer and looks like everything is blocked.

Here is my nmap output.

nmap -Pn 192.168.1.2

Starting Nmap 6.47 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2017-08-27 13:42 UTC
Nmap scan report for 192.168.1.2
Host is up.
All 1000 scanned ports on 192.168.1.2 are filtered

Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 201.72 seconds

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If I remember correctly, the initial setup is intentionally impossible without connecting to the router by a cable, because anyone can just try WiFi with some default credentials.
