SATA controler unavailable after reboot

Hello,
I have mPCI SATA ASM1061 2 ports controller attached to the 1st mPCI slot (from the left). When I reboot the router, the controller is not available. But when I halt the router, unplug it from the power, wait cca 20s and power it up, it works.

I have TurrisOS 5, but it didn’t work even with with TurrisOS 3, 4. The upgrade to Turris OS 5 was with rollback to the clean facory reset with Turris OS 5. The disk is powered from the internal router header (in the top right corner, only 5V and GND). I have also connected the “original” Wi-Fi 2.5/5Ghz card in the 2nd mPCI slot.

Does anyone know what is wrong please?

Dmesg after boot when controller is NOT available:
