I have a problem with my omnia and opened a ticket on August 26th, and I’m still waiting for an answer (5 days). It will be not so bad if my turris omnia is without internet access so I had to use the router provided by the ISP.
I understand the nature of the turris project, but if there are more products in the develop (mox) the support should improve.
I got an answer the same day as my original post, so it took 5 days but I think it was extraordinary long time.
The problem was related of extroot configuration and diagnosed with the provided logs and proposed a solution for the problem. Very happy about the support.
