If you have DNS via knot-resolver on Omnia (the default), it doesn’t really matter. If you don’t use forwarding, they won’t be used at all; if you do, the order only makes a negligible difference. (Knot-resolver tracks response speeds, and prefers the fastest server for most queries.)
