OpenWRT started to fork 19.07 from Master

That is a statement of opinion, not fact, TOS3 sees changes and so it is somewhat irrelevant and polemic to declare it EOL just because the LEDE version it was based on is discontinued.

Then name those that you consider doing a better job, please.

No, AVM is doing a decent job, but IMHO not significantly better or worse than team turris. But please elaborate why you think that AVM is doing a better job than turris and in what dimension?

Look, the TOS3 updates that you complain about contain security updates, so seem like valid updates that increase security., just read the announcements or changelogs.

Well from TOS3 to TOS4 there was a considerable decrease of distance/differences between TOS and OpenWrt/LEDE, requiring, as far as I can tell considerable effort from the TOS team, so yes, I actually think they should be applauded, not slow-clapped.

If you believe that your posts are in an objective matter-of-fact tone, than I have to disappoint you, there were/are quite rude, and not in the calling-a-spade-a-spade fashion, but in the behaving in a way that you yourself would not appreciate being treated.
But hey, you made your point and vented your anger and I made my point and now all we are doing is going in circles, so I try to let this end now.

Polemic? But being dismissive in favour of code maintenance that is obsolete…

You made it previously clear that you are content with TOS3.x, not trying to convince you otherwise.
