I faced similar issue after upgrade to 3.10.

You can log in your router via ssh and then run wget https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/turris/turris-os-packages/raw/test/cznic/turris-cagen/files/cagen-status.sh -O /usr/bin/turris-cagen-status
