Omnia has one more USB (3.0) 
and I don’t see much about Wi-Fi. In Omnia you have two cards – for simultaneous 2.4 and 5 GHz + MIMO, etc. Nitpicks I can’t see: GPIO, battery to keep time, metal case, wall mount (maybe some of them are there, I didn’t dig into their manual).
