Omnia vs Netgate SG-3100 pfSense

Hi

I have really liked what the Turris Omnia have been doing and was ready to purchase after a failure of my router BUT then I saw that the guys at netgate where bringing out a new model that looked very much like Omina (a bit late after a couple of years

I dont want to get into a discussion about software… but I wanted your collected opinion on the netgate hardware

They are using the Marvell 88F6820 is that the same as OMNIA ?
for the switch they use the Marvell 88E6141 is that the same ?

( their spec’s claim :
2x 1GbE, configured as dual WAN or one WAN one LAN
four-port 1 gbps Marvell 88E6141 switch, uplinked at 2.5 gbps to the third port on the SoC for LAN. )

Can you tell what the difference is beyond the SFP ?

thanks

Omnia has one more USB (3.0) and I don’t see much about Wi-Fi. In Omnia you have two cards – for simultaneous 2.4 and 5 GHz + MIMO, etc. Nitpicks I can’t see: GPIO, battery to keep time, metal case, wall mount (maybe some of them are there, I didn’t dig into their manual).

Oh, and the row of RGB programmable dimmable LEDS

yes Turris seems to be more fully formed,
Is the basic Marvell 88F6820 & Marvell 88E6141 the same ?
