Hi, does anyone know the power rating of the +5V0 pin shown on https://docs.turris.cz/hw/omnia/omnia-pinout.png ? How many amps can we safely draw from it? Is the +5V0 rail shared with USBs?
So we did the computations. According to the datasheet, the +5V0 SMPS is rated to 12 A. The +5V0 bus is only used to power the two USBs (each limited to 2.5 A) and two smaller SMPS, each of which could draw at maximum ~1.5 A. So there should be a guaranteed 4 A leftover, plus whatever you don’t consume on the USBs.
