Notification test email button validates "days" field incorrectly

Using /foris/config/main/maintenance/ on 97.3 just flashed yesterday.
Set “Delay (days)” to 0 days and save. The field then renders as blank.
Press “Send testing message”. This fails and a message is rendered at the delay field: “This value is required.”
There is no complaint if I’m simply saving the value.
