No WAN due to lack of IP request & LED off when WAN came back

Hi there,

I I started using an Omnia with a flexoptics two or three months ago. Yesterday it lost internet connection. I called the ISP support and they restarted my port (or something) and told me they could see the modem’s MAC address, but the modem would not request an IP over DHCP. I did a couple of resets without much success, disconnected the power, had a few beers, plugged it back in and to my surprise it worked again; however the LED is still off (it worked when I installed the modem first, but I don’t know if it stopped shining at some point, I usually turn them off).

Any ideas why I might have lost the connection or what the missing LED might mean?
