is the MOX wifi range OK given that it does not have any external antennas?
I’d like to use it as an AP for my house. Is it good enough to get through some walls?

I don’t have any MOX, but in my experience it is highly highly dependant on the thickness, build quality and material used for the walls.
I assume range will be similar to other APs with internal antennas - average max two walls for 2,4 GHz and 1 wall for 5 GHz if you avoid metal and wood obstacles
