MOX Netboot SSID issues

My MOX is currently broadcasting ONE of the 5GHz SSID on the 2.4GHz radio…

The controlling router, Turris Omnia is set to have the following
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9880 802.11bgnac (radio0) Channel: 36 (5.180 GHz)
radio0: Master “MYSSID_cm_n”
radio0: Master “MYSSID_cm_n-guest”

Generic MAC80211 802.11bgn (radio1) Channel: 5 (2.432 GHz)
radio1: Master “MYSSID_cm-guest”
radio1: Master “MYSSID_cm”
radio1: Master “MYSSID_home”

/etc/config/netboot is exactly as in the MOX Netboot documents, nothing changed there.

From radio scan on the controlling , I have the following broadcast from the MOX:
MYSSID_cm_n Channel: 9 | Mode: Master | BSSID: D0:C5:D3:33:EA:5F
MYSSID_cm_n Channel: 116 | Mode: Master | BSSID: 04:F0:21:45:DE:BD

I assumed that the MOX would duplicate all channels on the controlling router on the bands they are supposed to be on, but this doesn’t seem be the case. Do I need to add specific entries in the netboot config to have all my channels rebroadcast correctly?

Turris Omnia is running Turris OS version 3.11.8
Kernel version 4.4.196-a890a5a94ebb621f8f1720c24d12fef1-0
