Mismatched phy regions on WiFi

In my seemingly never ending attempts to get a stable 5Ghz WiFi signal out of my Omnia I was doing some digging around in the command line and noticed that “iw reg get” is confused about the regions. My global setting is for the UK bu the phys are set for the US. Could this be causing problems and how can I fix this?
