I got my Omnia today and when I turned it over, I heard a rattle. When I opened it up, I found that one of the screws for attaching the final mini-pci card had come loose and was running wild inside the box.
The guy who tightens screws in the factory was apparently not paid 100% of his salary given the screws are not 100% tightened.

I am happy that opening the Turris does not affect your warranty… These things happen, just don’t want anyone to burn out a box from it 
I would guess that some “robot” did that. Question is how we “punish” robot for failure? 
and more important question is if it’s not beginning of robot disobedience/strike
