Knot (kresd) reverse DNS

I have a KadNode DNS running on port 3535 and I need to forward all DNS request for the .p2p domain to the port.
I found some documentation about how to add (grift) a custom zone

but I can’t figure out where should I put the config because the /etc/knot.conf is generated on restart
