Issue with Foris Network interfaces view, WAN icon is shown as unassigned

I’m not sure if this is a bug.

Firmware Version TurrisOS 4.0.1 80076f9 / LuCI branch (git-19.281.84184-0b4eebd)
Kernel Version 4.14.148
foris version: 100.5

To connect to my ISP I have to set a VLAN Id on eth2/WAN (f.e. change eth2 → eth2.5 in luci)
When I do my Network interfaces view in Foris shows WAN as unassigned.

Is this the correct setting?
I think it should still be listed under WAN.

When I go into the Foris WAN view it says:
This network currently doesn’t contain any devices. The changes you make here will become fully functional after you assign a network interface to this network.

But everything works as expected.

Has anybody had this issue?

I have the same on a MOX classic. Also VLAN ( eth0.6 ) on the WAN. And has the same behavior in Forris.
So yes, this is ‘normal’.

Ok, thanks. I guess it’s just a display error that could irritate some novice users.

Yep, it is more some sort of bug, due to the fact that you ( and me ) use a VLAN on the WAN connection. Foris does not compute that type ( yet) .
In Luci all is fine though.

I have the same problem, + I loose internet connection. I had to reset the router, and turn update off.
