How to uninstall Adblock?

Hi,

I do not want to use Adblock, I unchecked it in Packages → LuCI extensions, but it was still installed, even after reboot.

I checked it, unchecked it again, still installed.

So I have removed the packages manually via LuCI software menu. With success, it is gone.

Now reForis asks me:

Your approval is required to apply pending updates. You can grant it in the reForis administrative interface in the 'Package Management — Updates' menu.
 • Install adblock 4.1.3-9
 • Install luci-app-adblock git-22.130.58625-78a8c67
 • Install luci-i18n-adblock-de git-22.277.72334-3923199
 • Install luci-i18n-adblock-en git-22.277.72334-3923199

I don’t want these packages to be installed. How to red rid of them?

If you are an advanced user you can also investigate files in the directory /etc/updater/conf.d and check the content of any file you created as well as the content of /etc/updater/conf.d/opkg-auto.lua . You should remove any unnecessary Install and Uninstall lines.

Thanks, I have removed these lines from /etc/updater/conf.d/opkg-auto.lua:

Install("luci-i18n-adblock-en")
Install("luci-i18n-adblock-de")

And it’s fixed
