Help with cronie

Greetings,

I have a question about the new cron service “cronie”.
I can’t get it to work. I tried all variants that were available on TOS 4 under the “old” vixie cron.
Does the new one show a message?
It only says that the entries were saved, but nothing happens and it is not executed.
In my case I would like to reboot the router every Sunday and reload the filter lists of Adblock at three o’clock in the morning.
Do you have some tips or an example?

Model: Turris Omnia 1GB (2016 model)
TOS Version: 5.0.0 HBK Branch
Adblock: 3.8.15 from the repository

I would be very grateful for a few helpful approaches.

May I ask you how are you configuring a new utility for cron? Are you doing it in LuCI or CLI?

Hello,

I had tried to get the “older” cron jobs running through LuCI.
But as mentioned before it does not work and nothing happens.
Anything else I forgot to do?
I did reload the cron service too, I put the # in front of the description.
One command per line…

I have no idea what it could be.
