Has anyone had a similar error message via Forris/Storage
Your setup is currently broken and you are probably loosing data, set a new storage device as soon as you can!
I’m a little worried that (PiHole) LCX wasn’t installed on the SSD as I thought, but rather on the eMMC.

The error occurred after the update on TO 4.0.2.
