I have a new Turris Omnia.
The printed and the online manual tell me to at least press 5 resp. 6 secs. the reset button to get factory reset.
This is interesting since it is only 3 secs, otherwise it does not work.
My mistake.
5 resp. 6 secs. is more entertaining anyways.
Bevor next time trying to reset it would be best to read the manual (as usual before complaining read the manual…): https://doc.turris.cz/doc/en/howto/omnia_factory_reset
Choose the 3-LED-reset and you’re back to factory defaults.
