Design a new Homenetwork

I plan to redo my complete home network. Several clients and server.
That will need some time especially I’m learned Network by doing and am still not a professional. And I try to do split my network into several zones.

I need a hint how I could switch between old and new network layout. I work on freetime on this so I need to switch between old and new router configuration several times.

You can use schnapps create and schnapps rollback (and reboot) for this kind of experiments.
