Can't connect to the Wifi network(s) of Turris Omnia with Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200; Ubuntu 14.04

Hey,

I’ve powered up my Turris Omnia today. Unfortunately, I’m not able to connect to the WIFI networks using my laptop (running Ubuntu 14.04; WIFI card is the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200). You can find the datasheet of the WIFI card here: https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/centrino/centrino-advanced-n-6200-brief.html

I’ve tried 2,4 and 5 GHz, different network channels using 802.11n with 20 and 40 MHz wide channels. My Nexus 4 connected without any issues.

I’ve absolutely no idea what I could try next. Looking forward to your help!

edit:
I can see both WIFI networks when I’m looking for available networks. When I’m trying to connect to one of the networks (Turris or Turris_guests), I’m prompted to type in the password. After that, the window where I can type in the password opens again. This normally happens when the password is incorrect. But I’m sure, that I’ve used the correct password.

Could you open viewer for the systemlog(in Ubuntu) and then try to connect to the wifi-network using the laptop, then post the new lines here?

Okay, this is embarissing: There was a typo somewhere :grimacing:

Thanks for the fast reply!
