Can Omnia monitor connections made by one device?

Can the Omnia monitor all network connections made by one device on the network? I am not asking about packet inspection, just the connections it makes to IP addresses and ports.
If it can do this, how? And, where is the activity log?

Do you know pakon? (Yes, it monitors all devices, at least by default.)
