Using some cheap chips, such as a STM32F103, it’s possible to create a USB stick which can act as a TRNG and offer about 500-600 kbit/s throughput. The software is Open Source.
It should cost about $15-25 to manufacture and could be offered as a perk for no more than $30

I am not sure if its really needed - there are lot of them already, with USB, Ethernet or PCIe interface.
Yes, but the point was to provide one, which would be tested and known to work well and at a reasonable price for backers, shipped at the same time.
