I have a similar problem to this thread. A new Turris and Motorola modem MB7220, trying to connect to Xfinity ISP.
The wizard fails on the connectivity test (step 3). Tried changing all cables (and checking they work), resetting to factory multiple times, and flashing the firmware to the latest medkit. No luck.
Also tried power cycling the TO and modem.
The wizard displays foris version 96.10
What are the next things I can try?
