Wifi 5GHz nation regulations

Hi

I live in Czech Republic so I should have the Country setting in 5GHz WiFi secion set to Czech Republic to fulfill national regulations.

But in that case my phone won’t see the network as the phone is probably limited to US or something.
If I set the Country setting to US the phone will see the network.

Is there a way to set the Country setting to the intersection of Czech & US national regulations?
Or simply select channel and disable automatic channel selection?
Or some other clever solution?

What is this youre phone type, can at all 5 MHz? For the telephone, and not 5 MHz granted …
