Which /dev/ttySx device is UART1 on the GPIO-pins?

I connected UART1_TX and UART1_RX with a jumper and tried an echo test with minicom on /dev/ttyS[1-10] without success.
Which drivers are necessary? What type of hardware is used for UART1 (access via registers)?
/dev/ttyS1 works for me, Turris OS4 beta 11
