Update killed my WAN connection

Hi

I have been away during one month and everything was working fine with my Omnia at home till automatic update pushed two weeks ago When it rebooted it lost WAN connection. As I was away I could do nothing but now I’m back home. I restarted it but still no WAN connection. How to diagnose the problem and fix it ? I have checked in logs but have not seen much about WAN My connection is Fiber from Orange in France and my Omnia has a specific configuration like that on VLAN 832 to get WAN connection up: VLAN configuration on WAN?

Usually, the diagnostics, which you can generate in administration interface Foris can help us to see, where is the problem and help you.

I don’t think this might be related to update, which was released two weeks ago.

Would you please send the output of this command to check if DNSSEC keys are OK?

Thanks for link about error reporting In fact I discovered my crap ISP (Orange France) had again modified their creepy DNHCP servers so I had to tweak again options sent with DHCP request to succeed to get my public IP
