[SOLVED] Store snapshots outside Omnia

Hello,

Is there any option, to store snapshot outside Omnia to external medium? AFAIK, through reset button we could restore last snapshot from schnapps, I would like to store different snapshots for that purpose (to have option somehow import it to the schnapps moths/year later, and restore it as last snapshot).

Unfortunatelly, I didnt store Turris OS 3.5.3 full medkit. Its seems to be avaible here: https://repo.turris.cz/archive/omnia/3.5.3/medkit/omnia-medkit-latest-full.tar.gz

Snapshots are essentially filesystems stored at some point. So to store it you can mount it, tar content and than even use it as medkit. Because medkit is just tar of Turris OS filesystem in the end. I haven’t tested this, but it should work.

I am also happy to find out this option

schnapps rollback [number]

Make snapshot corresponding to the number default for next boot. If called without any argument, go one step back. Numbers can be found via list command
