Setting up and updating DDNS

I have turris omnia with this firmware: TurrisOS 5.3.5 524cbcf6f5b07f3d9ee45e445da12760947e232e / LuCI branch git-22.025.78315-f3debdc
It works perfectly fine. I have DDNS set with afraid.org, but since recently (I can’t pinpoint the date) when my IP changes the DDNS is not updated anymore. My problem is that I have no idea how I set it up - it was so reliable that I simple forgor it. It was set probably 3+ years ago.
What’s worse I can’t find any info on the forum related to TurrisOS 5.3.5 and DDNS and I don’t see the DDNS settings in ReForis or LuCi interfaces.

I feel it;s a daft question, but even installed software doesn’t show the expected ddns module, so I’m missing something obvious. Any help will be appreciated.

Additional info: rebooting the router fixes the problem, but looks like when my internet provides changes IP it’s not refreshed. I notect the problem a few days ago, got it “fixed” and it came back todayagain.
Edit: I see that luci-app-ddns and ddns-scripts are not installed. I use automatic router updates.

Edit2: I see that the file /etc/config/ddns is present, with my credentials. I discovered it when I tried to install ddns-scripts and luci-app-ddns - error told me that the file is ther

Edit3: Installin luci-app-ddns enable the Dynamic DNS menu. My settings are there

Edit4: is there an automatic update log to confirm my findings?

Summary: looks like one of the firmware updates removed luci-app-ddns. I think I have to switch if off for now…

Hi,

how did you setup your ddns? I was using it few yers ago without any problem, but now with TOS6, I am unable to get it working…
I have installed and enabled luci-app-ddns, but even the service is running, it doesn´t work.
