setting the router up in an offline environment (no physical inet link) gets stucks at step 3 (connectivity check) and not advancing any further unless clicking skip wizard.
It would rather be expected to state that there is no inet connection and then skip ahead to lan/wlan setup and finally conclude the inital setup wizard
Wizard is planned to be obsolete. It will be integrated to foris it self.
But either way following steps in wizard are time synchronization and system update. Those can’t be done without network connection. Because of that it can’t contine and not allowing progress is by design probably.
Also requesting offline mode from device that sole purpose is to be online is questionable.
