Hello,
that’s almost correct, but you need to stop pakon-monitor first (it copies it’s database to /srv/pakon when the service is stopping).
So:
/etc/init.d/pakon-monitor stop
rm /srv/pakon/*
/etc/init.d/pakon-monitor start
should do the work. Just remember that it deletes the whole history.
