Can I find parted in the turris repository or in the openwrt repository ?
If not, is there a chance it will appear in the future?
In the OpenWrt packages repository, there are packages: gdisk, cgdisk, sgdisk, cfdisk and even fdisk. Hopefully, those are going to be sufficient for you.
