The certificate generation process has been stuck for days. Is there any way to terminate it manually?

I was able to solve the problem myself. After I found the reference to the OpenVPN folder in the code, I just deleted it.
After rebooting, I was able to restart the certificate generation process. The folder was then rebuilt and the certificate was created within minutes.

I meet similar trouble. Do you think /etc/ssl/ca/openvpn/* or /etc/dhparam/dh-default.pem?
Just delete everything within /etc/ssl/ca/openvpn/
