MOX - change from netboot to standalone

In the
documentation
is written:

Cancel pairing

To use MOX in standalone mode or to pair it with a different router, simply use factory reset.

However it did not work for me. After several hours of debugging I found,

# /mnt/@/usr/sbin/fw_printenv mox_boot
mox_boot=gpio clear GPIO221; if gpio input GPIO220 && sleep 1 && gpio input GPIO220; then run rescue_bootcmd; else run mox_net_boot; fi

So to fix it and make it working I needed to boot in mode 5 and execute
# /mnt/@/usr/sbin/fw_setenv mox_boot “gpio clear GPIO221; if gpio input GPIO220 && sleep 1 && gpio input GPIO220; then run rescue_bootcmd; else run mox_distro_bootcmd; fi”

Was it just my problem or is it gap in documentation?

any feedback to this question?
