LTE suddenly stopped working

Ia the middle of streaming a film, the LTE connection stopped and I couldnt connect the router to my isp at all any more. When I moved the SIM back to my old router, the connection worked fine.

Im using a external 4G antenna on my rooftop of the house, it have worked flawlessly until it stopped working, and I havent messed with the setup - can the LTE module burn out?

And if it is burned out, would this work in the router:
