Am looking for the whois utility. Can’t seem to find it anywhere under software, opkg find, and wonder if it’s been built for openWRT or TurrisOS at all. I’d dearly love to be able to do a whois query on my router as it happens. Can find workarounds of course, am just curious.
if anyone is familiar with an on-line whois provider as a webservice (that can be used by a shells script to fetch the records for a given IP address) then I’d be pleased. The ones I’ve found to date are built for human interaction.
